Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent within 30 days after a return address is provided, otherwise it is ineligible.
Please note we are not responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts.
Sizing
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure of your size please reach out to us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the hands of the carrier. Lost packages cannot be replaced or reshipped. We strongly recommend checking your tracking information regularly and contacting the carrier directly with any concerns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Fragile Items
All glass items are carefully packaged before shipment. However once the order leaves our facility we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and photos of the damage to file a claim. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
European Union 30 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
