Shipping Policy
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it as it begins processing immediately. However once your order arrives you may reach out to our support team to start the return process. Once your return is received we can process a refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If the error was made on our end we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no charge to you.
Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for packages lost in transit outside of carrier error. We strongly recommend double checking your address and tracking information regularly after your order ships.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing from us you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by location. The following are our estimates and do not include our 1-2 day processing time or any customs and clearance delays.
United States — 7 to 15 business days
Canada and Europe — 7 to 15 business days
Australia and New Zealand — 7 to 15 business days
Central and South America — 15 to 25 business days
Asia — 7 to 15 business days
Africa — 15 to 30 business days
Maximum delivery time is 20 business days for most locations.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that in some cases tracking may not be available depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Says "No Information Available"
For some carriers it can take 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking activity please contact us at shopvelzaria@outlook.com and we will look into it for you.
